Reference is made to Blom ASA`s stock exchange notification on 8 March 2007. The de-merger plan has now been distributed to the shareholders of Blom ASA and it is attached in this stock exchange notification. We have attached the complete de- merger plan with attachments in Norwegian and also added an English translation of the de-merger plan without the attachments. Furthermore, we have also enclosed an information letter to the shareholders as well as unaudited proforma group balance sheets for the two new groups.
